She’s had a front seat to history, and as Kirsten Hillman prepares to leave her post as Canada’s Ambassador to the U.S., she shares the differences she’s seen between President Trump’s first and second terms.

"I think the Canada-U.S. Relationship has changed and will not go back to what it was, at least for a very long time, if ever," said Hillman.
