ICE has released 5-year-old Liam Conejo Ramos and his father, who were detained in Minnesota and sent to Texas. Meanwhile, the Dilley Immigration Processing Center, the detention center where the pair were held, is now facing measles concerns. CBS News immigration correspondent Camilo Montoya-Galvez reports.
