Liam Ramos, the 5-year-old detained ICE agents, is back home in Minneapolis, along with his father, after being released. In his order, the judge blasted the Trump administration’s immigration crackdown, calling it "an ill-conceived and incompetently-implemented government pursuit of daily deportation quotas, apparently even if it requires traumatizing children.” It comes as the detention center where the two were held is reporting an active measles outbreak there. NBC’s Maggie Vespa reports for TODAY.
