Preparations were underway in Gaza’s Khan Younis on February 3 to evacuate further Palestinians, a day after Israel reopened the Rafah crossing to a trickle of people for the first time in months. At the Red Crescent Hospital, WHO vehicles, ambulances and a bus left the vicinity with Palestinian patients and war-wounded onboard.
