Brendan Banfield, the former IRS agent accused of conspiring with his au pair to kill his wife and a stranger, has been found guilty on two counts of aggravated murder among other charges. Banfield admitted on the stand that he cheated on his wife with his au pair, but insisted he did not conspire to commit the double murder.
