A fountain in Disney World in Orlando, Florida, froze Sunday as the area reached a low of 24 degrees, according to AccuWeather. Florida got so cold over the weekend that the Tampa-St. Petersburg area saw snow flurries, and cold-stunned iguanas were motionless on the ground.
