Tensions are growing between the United States and Iran after a Navy fighter jet shot down an Iranian drone that U.S. Central Command says flew “aggressively” toward the USS Abraham Lincoln aircraft carrier, which is part of what President Donald Trump calls the “armada” that he deployed to the Middle East in case of a new war with Iran.
