Bill Stevenson, the ex-husband of former First Lady Jill Biden, has been charged with first degree murder. He was taken into custody on Monday in Delaware after a grand jury charged him with intentionally causing the death of his wife, Linda. Stevenson was married to Jill Biden for five years in the 1970s before divorcing in 1975.
