“Late Show” host Stephen Colbert is pushing back after CBS denied blocking his interview with Texas state Rep. James Talarico. Colbert called the network’s explanation “crap,” saying lawyers had approved his script and that the FCC’s “equal time” rule has never been enforced against late-night talk shows.
