King Charles’ younger brother Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor was arrested and released from police custody after his arrest earlier in the day on suspicion of misconduct in public office over allegations he sent confidential government documents to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
 
Virginia Giuffre’s brother, Sky Roberts, and her sister-in-law, Amanda Roberts, said the arrest brought up a “mix of emotions” and that they were proud of her.
 
Giuffre, one of Epstein’s most prominent accusers, died by suicide at the age of 41 last year.
 
The duke’s reputation had already been severely damaged after he settled a lawsuit brought by Giuffre, who accused him of sexually abusing her as a teenager at properties owned by Epstein or his associates — allegations he has repeatedly denied.
