The Mexican city of Puerto Vallarta is under a shelter in place order after cartel violence erupted in retaliation for the killing of a notorious drug lord. Canadian tourist Martin McGrenere says while he saw much of it unfold from the roof of his rented condo on Sunday, things are much quieter on Monday morning.
