Prisoners at the Rodeo II prison scream to their families outside and shout "freedom!" They are responding to relatives, who climb up a small hill, from where the pavilion can be seen, to shout words of encouragement. More than 200 political prisoners in Venezuela declared a hunger strike in protest against the exclusions contained in the recently approved amnesty law, relatives and the prisoners themselves shouted from the prison on February 22.
