New York City was shut down Monday by a historic cyclone that dumped almost two feet of snow. The city’s mayor, Zohran Mamdani recruited citizen shovelers to clear the streets and sidewalks. Inside Edition found a team of snow shovelers cleaning streets in Manhattan. The recent snow in New York is wet, dense and heavy.
