Breaking moments ago, FedEx filed a lawsuit seeking refunds for what it calls illegal tariffs imposed by President Donald Trump, becoming the first major U.S. company to act after the Supreme Court struck down parts of his trade policy. Despite the ruling, Trump announced a new 15% global tariff increase and said he does not need congressional approval to impose tariffs. Rep. Ro Khanna joins The Weeknight to respond.
