Blair Nadeau, who sells bridal veils from her shop in Brampton, Ont., says she had to increase her prices for U.S. customers by 50 per cent when a round of U.S. President Donald Trump’s tariffs came into effect in August. With Trump’s new 10 per cent tariffs now in effect, the costs will be much easier to absorb, she says, but the changes always come with extra work.
