A new round of crucial nuclear talks are getting underway in Geneva between top negotiators from the United States and Iran. It comes after President Donald Trump accused Iran of “starting all over” with its nuclear program and that it is “working to build missiles that will soon reach the United States.” Iran dismisses all that as a series of "big lies" and is urging the Trump administration to approach this third round of negotiations with “seriousness.” NBC’s Keir Simmons reports for TODAY.
