Vice President JD Vance and Dr. Mehmet Oz announced on Wednesday that the Trump administration will “temporarily halt” some Medicaid funding to the state of Minnesota over fraud concerns. The move will keep Minnesota from receiving $259 million in Medicaid reimbursements this month. Gov. Tim Walz says the move has nothing to do with fraud and will be devastating to those who need that money.
