Reactions are pouring in from world leaders over the U.S. and Israeli military strikes in Iran Saturday. U.S. President Donald Trump said the strikes are aimed at overthrowing the Iranian regime.

French President Emmanuel Macron said France was not made aware of the strike ahead of time, just like "all the other countries in the region."

British Prime Minister Keir Starmer condemned Iran for responding with strikes on nearby countries that are not involved in the conflict. He says British forces are carrying out defensive operations in the region to protect its interests and those of their allies, while calling for de-escalation.
