Donald Trump returned to the White House after a weekend at Mar-a-lago which coincided with attacks on Iran. The president’s return came on the same day he released video announcing three US soldiers had so far died in the conflict, adding that more will "likely" die, too.

Trump waved to reporters but did not answer their questions as he walked back into the White House.
