Thousands of Hindu devotees gathered at Dauji Maharaj Temple near Mathura in India’s Uttar Pradesh to celebrate Huranga during Holi, known as the "festival of colours".

Crowds danced to folk music while covered in coloured powder and water as part of the traditional festivities.
