The FBI and New York Police Department are investigating an improvised explosive device thrown near New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani’s residence, Gracie Mansion, as a possible act of terrorism. Two suspects have been taken into custody, and one of them referenced ISIS in statements to authorities. NBC News’ Valerie Castro reports.
