3 byelections called as Liberals near majority

Prime Minister Mark Carney has called byelections in two Toronto ridings and one Montreal-area riding for April 13.

The outcome could give the governing Liberal minority a razor-thin majority.

As Jillian Piper reports, one riding could be particularly close.
