As the potential record-breaking spring break travel season ramps up, fliers are facing massive security lines at airports across the country. The Department of Homeland Security blames some of the delays on the partial government shutdown, saying TSA agents are now set to face their first full missed paycheck, which could lead to “crippling staffing shortages.” NBC’s Stephanie Gosk reports for TODAY.
