Attorney General Pam Bondi says that federal authorities have filed terrorism charges against two men, who they say pledged allegiance to ISIS. One of the men is alleged to have thrown an explosive when counter-protesters and right-wing protesters clashed outside Gracie Mansion over the weekend.
