UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer welcomes his Canadian counterpart Mark Carney at Downing Street in London before bilateral talks, which will include a discussion about the war in the Middle East and its impact on international shipping, according to a UK government announcement. It comes after the two spoke by phone on the evening of 15 March and agreed to continue discussing the war, among other bilateral issues, during the meeting the next day.
