U.S. President Donald Trump has eased sanctions on Russian oil temporarily to counter the oil-price hikes and shipping bottlenecks caused by the Iran war. Bill Browder, head of the Global Magnitsky Justice Campaign, says the move effectively helps fill the coffers of Russia and its president, Vladimir Putin, a key ally of Iran.
