A drug treatment centre in Kabul lies in ruins following overnight strikes on the Afghan capital. Afghanistan has accused Pakistan of carrying out the attack with heavy casualties feared. Pakistan has denied deliberately targeting the facility, instead saying it had conducted precision strikes on "military installations and terrorist support infrastructure".
