Jon Ossoff at the Senate’s Worldwide Threats hearing, Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard says it’s not her job to determine what is an “imminent threat.” Gabbard tells lawmakers that “the only person who can determine what is and is not an imminent threat is the President.”
