Jon Ferro, Lisa Abramowicz and Tom Keene host a special edition of "Bloomberg Surveillance" covering Federal Reserve chair Jerome Powell’s remarks. Officials left interest rates unchanged and continue to expect one rate cut this year as they acknowledged increased uncertainty due to war in the Middle East. Powell states he plans to stay at the central bank until after a Justice Department investigation into him and the central bank is complete.
