An Alberta woman has lost thousands of dollars in an alleged puppy scam. When she was in the market to buy a new companion, she came across a chocolate lab named Reeba online. However, as she made payments for the dog, excuses continued to pile up.

“I know this is my fault… just stupid. But I wanted this dog so bad,” the scam victim said.
