Winter Games slopestyle free skiing silver medalist Alex Hall said coming in as the defending champion didn’t impact his performance. “Obviously there’s a little more media hype,” Hall told Reuters, but that he was ready to give it his best.

Hall also said the Olympics felt like "home Games" for him because his mom is Italian and he’s been to Livigno many times.
