An American skied down the world’s highest peak. Adventurer Jim Morrison is the first person to ski down Everest’s most challenging route, a narrow and steep gully on the infamous North Face. Before he could ski down, Morrison first had to make the arduous climb to the top. Morrison appeared on Good Morning America Monday. Also in the studio was the filmmaker Jimmy Chin who shot the unbelievable footage. The adventure is the subject of a new National Geographic special.
