Apple cider is much more commonly used for braising pork roast, but as you will find out if you make this recipe, it works wonderfully with beef pot roast as well.
This easy to make, fork-tender pot roast is exactly what mashed potatoes are made for, and when the weather turns cold, I can’t think of a better pairing. Enjoy!
