A B.C. woman is sharing her travel nightmare after her five pieces of luggage went missing when travelling from Vancouver to her home in Smithers.

Ty Perreault says her problems began when Air Canada cancelled her flight and rescheduled her on a WestJet flight. She says neither airline was taking responsibility.

Consumer Matters reporter Anne Drewa investigates as Perreault searches for answers two months later.
