Britain’s King Charles III attends an event kicking off London Fashion Week, a show by British-Nigerian designer Tolu Coker. Charles’ appearance comes on the same day that his brother, the former prince Andrew, was arrested on suspicion of misconduct while acting as a UK trade envoy.
