Canadians spooked by high chocolate prices this Halloween

With Halloween less than a week away, many Canadians are stocking up on candy in preparation for a rush of trick-or-treaters.

A new report suggests Canadians will spend 10 to 20 per cent more this year, partly because the cost of filling Halloween treat bags keeps going up.
