From Reuters. The city of Rome introduced a 2‑euro ($2.36) visitors’ fee to access the viewing area of its iconic Trevi Fountain, which had previously been free to visit. The charge, valid from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays and from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekends, is intended to help manage overtourism…
