Dirt Bombs
Makes 18

BATTER
2 cups plus 2 tablespoons (275g) all-purpose flour, plus more for the muffin pan
1½ teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon kosher salt
Pinch of ground nutmeg
2 sticks unsalted butter, at room temperature
¾ cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup sour cream, at room temperature

ASSEMBLY
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Pinch of salt
2 sticks unsalted butter, melted → use for greasing muffin pan.
