A Conservative MP who represents the Okanagan wine region tabled a private member’s bill that he hopes will spur interprovincial sales of beer, wine and spirits.

As David Akin reports, Dan Albas wants to cut a regulation which prohibits Canada Post from delivering “intoxicating beverages” between provinces.
