Footage shows a sheriff fatally shooting a judge inside his judicial chambers. Judge Kevin Mullins can be seen trying to reason with Kentucky sheriff Shawn Stines before he opened fire. Investigators say moments before the shooting, Stines used Mullins’ phone to call his teenage daughter, whose number was apparently saved in the judge’s phone. Rumors flew that the judge was in a relationship with the daughter. Stines’ daughter, Lila Stines, addressed the rumors in a series of TikTok videos.
