From Global News.
On Tuesday, at least three were killed, including one child, after Russia fired 650 drones and three dozen missiles at Ukraine. Energy infrastructure was also destroyed, causing widespread power outages that are expected to last for days as temperatures drop below freezing.
Nataliya Vizereva, a resident of an apartment complex that got hit in the attack, said: "We knew it was flying towards us, but didn’t have time to react. The blast was so big everything was torn apart."
The attacks come after the latest round of U.S.-led peace talks in Miami that ended without a breakthrough. Stuart Greer reports.
