In this math video I (Susanne) explain how to solve an exponential growth problem step by step! A bacterial population starts with 1000 bacteria and doubles every hour. We find the exponential growth function, calculate how many bacteria exist after 2.5 hours (or 180 minutes), and determine when the population increases tenfold.
