On January 29, 2025, American Eagle Flight 5342 collided with a U.S. Army Black Hawk helicopter above Washington D.C., killing 67 people. Loved ones of the victims and their attorneys on Wednesday announced a lawsuit against American Airlines, PSA Airlines and the U.S. government.
