From Inside Edition.
A suspect jumped into a river during a police pursuit, prompting cops to chase him on paddle boards. When they reached the 26-year-old suspect, he struggled to stay afloat. The deputy sheriffs handcuffed the suspect to a floatation device while he was still in the water, then wrapped a second device around his waist. The suspect was later charged with loitering. In a separate incident, a police officer jumped on the hood of a passing car while chasing a suspect.
