On a three-day state visit to India focused on technology and defense cooperation, French President Emmanuel Macron strolls through the gardens of the French Institute in New Delhi, where he discovers the model of “The Brij,” a future art center and incubator for cultural entrepreneurs supported by the Serendipity Arts Foundation, a partner of the embassy, which is scheduled to open in Delhi in 2028.
