Ukraine was high on the agenda when German Chancellor Friedrich Merz and Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk met earlier today.

Merz received Tusk with military honors in Berlin, where defense and continued support for Ukraine where among the main topics discussed between the two. Merz underlined the importance of Ukraine and its European allies showing unity and being involved in any deal to end the war.
