The details behind a massive undertaking like the Olympics come down to perfectly hemmed pants for Ralph Lauren — the quintessential American designer brand behind Team USA’s Opening and Closing ceremony uniforms.

Ralph Lauren will outfit more than 1,000 people, including approximately 300 Team USA athletes across the Olympics and Paralympics, organizers said.
“Each Olympic athlete requires a 50-minute fitting session, depending on the athlete’s needs and alterations needed.”

Gavino Garay caught up with some of women’s freestyle skiers in Milan during their fitting, before they head off to Livigno in the Italian Alps to compete.
