Video captured the moment a good Samaritan jumped into the Miami River to save two women from a truck that crashed into the water. Rafael Valdez says he heard the women shouting for help and immediately jumped in the water to pull them to safety. NBC News’ George Solis speaks to Valdez about the dramatic rescue.
