Hockey Québec is launching a three-part ad campaign in an attempt to remind parents to mind their behaviour during youth hockey games. Evan Singer, a B.C. officiating coach for elite minor hockey, says a similar campaign should be run nationally because this is a broader issue that is shining a ‘negative light’ on Canada’s national pastime.
