At a in Minnesota press conference, Border Czar Tom Homan said he has asked ICE and CBP to work on a "drawdown plan" in Minnesota, in which officers focus on work in jails and prisons — and less on street operations.

"More agents in the jail means less agents in the street,” Homan said. “This is common-sense cooperation that allows us to draw down on the number of people we have here.”
